Work with MTM

MTM welcomes artists of every race, ethnicity, sexual identity, age, gender identity, body type, physical and mental ability.  We believe the arts profoundly connect us and thus are open to all committed, inventive artists, on and off stage, who represent the diverse, vibrant community in which we live.

MTM has paid every actor, musician, and creative team member for every mainstage show since its inception in 2006.  Pay scales vary by production size and are determined based on local industry standards and amount of time spent on the project.  Please check notices for rate information.

All artists working with us are required to sign and adhere to an Artist agreement and Cultural Competency agreement, and to agree to our company paths to resolution of any issues. These documents are available to view upon request. This helps to prevent harm and sets expectations for respectful and joyful collaboration for all.
