Meghan Randolph (Director) is MTM's founder and Executive Director.  As the company's leader, she has directed its productions of Little Miss Sunshine, Medea, A New Brain, Nine, Bonnie & Clyde, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, Parade, Songs For A New World, The Glorious Ones, john & jen, Yours Anne, Floyd Collins, Thrill Me, tick...Tick...BOOM!, Assassins, The Sound of Music, and Hair.  She has also produced all 32 of the shows in the company's history and was one of Madison's pioneers for the concept of compensating artists.  Meghan has also directed and assistant directed for The Colleen Burns Benefit Theater, MadCap, Milwaukee Chamber Theatre, Forward Theater, TAPIT/New Works, Basement Arts, Waukesha Civic Theatre, and more.  As a performer, Meghan did a stint on the National Tour of Cats before moving to Madison where she has appeared onstage with numerous area companies including her own.  Recent credits include Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd (MPT), Hera in Hephaestus (MTM), Charlene in Zombies From The Beyond (Skylight Music Theatre),  Lizzie in Lizzie (MTM), Aldonza in Man of La Mancha (Four Seasons Theatre), The Witch in Big Fish (Theatre LILA/Four Seasons Theatre), Pilate in Jesus Christ Superstar (MPT) and many many more.   Meghan holds a BFA in musical theatre from the University of Michigan and a Master's of Science in Arts Administration from Drexel University.  Her writing on arts marketing has been published through HowlRound, The Culture Lab Research Library, Americans for the Arts, and ArtsJournal, and she spoke about it at the National Arts Marketing Project Conference.  She is a vocal and musical theatre performance coach in the Madison area.  www.meghanrandolph.com

Jennifer Hedstrom (Music Director) is an MTM Artistic Associate.  She has served as both pianist and music director for numerous productions within the Madison theater community. Recent credits with MTM include Lizzie, A New Brain, La Cage Aux Folles and the reading of Big Money. Passionate about arts education, Jennifer works as a private piano teacher, has held positions as a teaching artist with the Children's Theater of Madison and Girl's Rock Camp Madison, and serves as the music director for educational theater troupe, Whoopensocker. Jennifer performs regularly in the Madison area as a pianist and singer-songwriter. Her original song, "Prairie," was included on the 2017 Dane Arts Buy Local Compilation.  Jennifer will write music and lyrics for MTM's upcoming original musical Ten Days In A Madhouse, which will have its first reading in December 2019. Maureen Janson (Choreographer) celebrates 35 years of making dances for theatre, opera, and concert dance. She is pleased to make her MTM debut! Maureen is an Advisory Company Member of Forward Theater (most recently working on Fun Home) and she has been a frequent collaborator with American Players Theatre, Great River Shakespeare Festival, Remy Bumppo, Artistic Home, Madison Opera, Kanopy Dance, UW-Madison and Four Seasons Theatre among many others. She is currently directing an original collection of monologues for women, to be presented in early January 2019.
