MEGHAN RANDOLPH (Founder/Executive Director) Meghan oversees all aspects of the organization, from fundraising to production and everything in between! She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned a BFA in musical theatre. Prior to her college years, Ms. Randolph attended the Interlochen Center for the Arts, spending three summers studying musical theatre and earning a specialized high school degree in theatre arts from the Interlochen Arts Academy. Immediately after graduating college, Meghan was cast on the North American tour of Cats, where she played Jennyanydots as well as understudying Grizabella, performing the role numerous times. Regional credits include The Threepenny Opera  (Molly-Madison Opera), She Loves Me (Ilona Ritter-Four Seasons Theatre), Bat Boy (Meredith Parker-Detroit Premiere and at UW Madison in November 2011), Side by Side by Sondheim ("Getting Married Today"-Four Seasons Theatre), Calling All Classics (Soloist-Jigsaw Entertainment), Parade (Lucille Frank), West Side Story (Maria), Muskie Love (u/s to female roles-Madison Repertory Theatre), Children of Eden, Sweeney Todd, HMS Pinafore (Hebe), and, with Music Theatre of Madison, Elegies For Angels, Punks and Raging Queens, Panic (Vivian), The Wild Party (Kate), john & jen (Jen in MTM's 2008 and 2011 productions) and Violet (Violet). In addition she performed as a soloist in concert with multiple award winning composer Ricky Ian Gordon, and has worked on workshops and readings of Ross and Waldrop's Luck, Rainbow Junction (Tribeca Performing Arts Center) and Cabin With A View (American Folklore Theatre). Though she loves performing, over the past ten years Meghan has found herself spending time on the other side of the curtain as a director. Directing credits include Forward Theater's Soul Food Monologue Festival, Twelve Angry Men for the Colleen Burns Benefit Theatre, Paragon Springs for Strollers Theatre, The Secret Garden, Cabaret, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Steel Magnolias at the University of Michigan, Winnie The Pooh for MadCap, assistant director for A Christmas Carol at Children's Theater of Madison, the original piece It's Not About Me?, Mulan Jr., The Music Man  and, for Music Theatre of Madison, Hair, The Sound of Music, Assassins, john & jen, tick...Tick...BOOM!, Floyd Collins, Songs For A New World, Parade and the Wisconsin premieres of Thrill Me, Yours Anne, The Glorious Ones and 2013's Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson. Her next performance project is playing Mother in MTM's Wisconsin premiere of Nevermore. In addition to running MTM, Meghan is a Business Manager for both the Monroe Theatre Guild and Center Stage Performing Arts.  Ms. Randolph has also instructed students of various ages in various areas of acting and voice at Madison School Community Recreation, Forte Studios in Mt. Horeb, and Young People's Theatre in Ann Arbor, MI. She also led theatre team building workshops for inner city high school students in Detroit, MI as well as juvenile offenders in Saline, MI.

CHRISTOPHER POWERS (Resident Music Director) Christopher music directs at least one MTM show each year and assists in recruiting musicians and other musical needs.  Chris is a 2005 graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in instrumental, vocal and general music education. He holds a Master of Music Education degree from VanderCook College of Music.  While at St. Norbert College, Christopher worked in the campus church as a music minister and taught private music lessons. Currently a General Music Specialist with the Madison Metropolitan School District, Christopher has successfully taught music at the high school and middle school levels with concert ensembles, show choir, marching band and music theatre.  Along with his passion for conducting school instrumental and choral music ensembles, he is dedicated to music theatre in the Madison area. Most recent music directing credits include: john & jen, The Wild Party, Yours Anne,  Floyd Collins, tick...Tick...BOOM! and The Sound of Music with Music Theatre of Madison as well as Bunnicula (CTM), Seussical, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, Fame, Footloose,  Jekyll and Hyde and Mulan Jr. He also played Euphonium in the orchestra of MTM's Assassins in 2007. In addition to teaching, Christopher still enjoys performing opportunities for euphonium, piano, and singing. He has been very fortunate to travel to Europe twice, performing in a total of eight different countries with bands and choirs.

CATIE O'DONNELL (Artistic Associate) Catie assists in numerous aspects of production, including season choices, publicity and just being a reliable set of eyes and ears, as well as directing select MTM shows. Catie received her BA in theater and music from the University of Miami Florida. She professionally freelances throughout the Midwest as a theater director, assistant director, producer and educator.   Credits include: Director for Forward Theater in Madison, Wis. (The Love That Changed My Life Monologue Festival, Soul Food monologue festival), Alley Stage in Mineral Point, WI (The Arsonists), Quantum Productions in Miami, Fla. (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Little Shop of Horrors),  Sheboygan Theatre Company (Cheeseheads The Musical), Milwaukee Opera (Candide) MTM's reading of Panic, Waukesha Civic Theatre (Dixie Swim Club) Milwaukee Chamber Theater Young Playwright's Festival and Pius XI High School in Milwaukee (various productions); associate director for MTM (john & jen), producer for Quantum Productions in Miami, Fla (various productions in both film and theater), and assistant director for Skylight Opera in Milwaukee (Marriage of Figaro), Forward Theater in Madison (In the Next Room or The Vibrator Play) and Chamber Theater in Milwaukee (The Sweetest Swing In Baseball).  She recently completed a directorial observership at the Guthrie Theatre on the new musical Roman Holiday.  In 2013 for MTM she will direct Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens and Nevermore. She also works as a theater coach for high school seniors auditioning for theater programs in college in Madison.
