BLOODY BLOODY ANDREW JACKSON

Music and Lyrics by Michael Friedman,
Book by Alex Timbers

This recent Broadway hit tells the story of Andrew Jackson through the eyes of emo rockers, holding a contemporary lens to the story of one of the most controversial and influential presidents in American history.  Jackson married the love of his life, even though he knew she was already married.  He got shot in a duel and still won.  He was the victim of an assassination attempt where the gun misfired...twice.  In Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson,  a fascinating and ridiculous historical figure is portrayed in an innovative and outlandish way in the most unique musical the world has seen in years.

July 19-27, 2013.  Stay tuned for more information!
